Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We understand that some things just don't work out, and we want you to feel completely confident in trying True Harvest. That is why every order is backed by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are unsatisfied with a product you selected for any reason, simply contact us within 60 days of your purchase date and we will issue a full refund. You do not need to return the product. We take all the risk so you don't have to.
Please note: We reserve the right to limit or refuse any return or exchange request. All returns and refunds are subject to review. Those who abuse our policies will be denied future return attempts.
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
1.Email us at support@trueharvestskincare.com with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]"
2.Include your order number and the email address used at checkout.
3.Let us know why you weren't satisfied (optional — your feedback helps us improve!).
4.We will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
Your refund will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow an additional 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process and post the credit to your account.
Subscription Refunds
If you are subscribed to a recurring True Harvest order:
•You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account at trueharvestskincare.com or by emailing us at support@trueharvestskincare.com before your next billing date.
•Cancellations made before a billing date will prevent the next charge entirely.
•Cancellations made after a billing date has already processed are not eligible for a refund on that specific order, but your subscription will be cancelled immediately going forward.
•Your first subscription order is fully covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
•Your order number
•A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
•Orders placed more than 60 days prior to the refund request
•Gift cards
•Items that were purchased through a third-party retailer (please contact the retailer directly)
•Sale items (unless otherwise stated)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please request a refund under our 60-day guarantee and place a separate purchase for the new item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 15 business days of our confirmation email:
1.Check your bank account again.
2.Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3.Contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@trueharvestskincare.com and we will investigate immediately.
