Order Processing & Fulfillment

We know you're excited to receive your True Harvest order! We strive to fulfill and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of receipt.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Once your order has left our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information so you can follow its journey to your door.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

United States (Domestic)
Standard Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days once shipped.
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination.
Timing for international orders can vary significantly depending on the country and its import regulations.
Customs & Duties: There may be delays due to clearing customs, or duties and taxes imposed by the governing authorities. The recipient is solely responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required for delivery.


Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address or make changes to your order, please email us immediately at support@trueharvestskincare.com.
Make sure to include your name, email, and order number. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order is placed, but our team will do everything possible to help before it ships!


Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

"My package says delivered, but I didn't receive it."

Sometimes packages are scanned under the wrong setting as the mail carrier is loading their truck for the day's delivery, which triggers an early "delivered" email. Typically, the package shows up in your mailbox or on your porch within 24–48 hours.
If it has been 48 hours since the delivery notification and you still haven't received it, please check with your neighbors or your local post office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at support@trueharvestskincare.com and we will assist you.
Please note: True Harvest Health LLC is not responsible for packages that are stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the correct address.


Incorrect or Damaged Deliveries

If your package arrives with an incorrect or damaged product, we will make it right immediately. Please email us at support@trueharvestskincare.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
